Who is eligible
- Individuals 18 years and up.
- Clients who are willing to actively follow the program & actively engage in case management.
- Clients with the ability to live in community setting.
Who is not eligible
- Outstanding warrants*
- Criminal history of violence*
- Active risk of Domestic Violence
- Active substance abuse
- Serious untreated mental illness
- History of arson
- Registered sex offenders
*Clients are screened for criminal history and will not be admitted to the program if they pose a possible threat.
